FAQ & Support

Frequently Asked Questions

Is non-invasive brain stimulation safe?

Our technology has been used across 250+ people studied and over 2,000,000 treatment minutes with zero serious adverse events reported. The most common side effect is mild, transient tingling at the electrode sites that resolves within minutes. Brain stimulation has been researched for decades. Our innovation is in the amplitude modulation, pulsed randomization technique.

How is NeuroEdge different from other brain stimulation devices?

Most consumer brain stimulation devices cost $495 or more and use simple tDCS. A constant, unchanging current targeting a single hemisphere. NeuroEdge uses randomized pulsed stimulation targeting both hemispheres simultaneously. This produces stronger neuroplastic adaptation and builds interhemispheric coherence over time. NeuroEdge also includes 1:1 sessions with our founder or a trained brain health coach and personalized stimulation plans.

How long until I see results?

Most users report noticing changes within the first three weeks. Improved focus, calmer mood, clearer thinking. Most notable results typically emerge between weeks 6 to 9 of consistent daily use (15 minutes per day).

Can I take medicines alongside NeuroEdge?

NeuroEdge is a wellness device with a strong safety profile and can generally be used alongside other interventions. However, we recommend speaking with your doctor before purchasing or using NeuroEdge, especially if you are on medication.

What does it feel like during a session?

Most people feel a very mild tingling sensation at the electrode sites when the session starts. Many describe it as barely noticeable. Within a minute or two, most users don't feel the stimulation at all. You can read, work, listen to music, or simply relax during your 15-minute session.

Is there a return policy?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your NeuroEdge device within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund.

Who should NOT use NeuroEdge?

NeuroEdge is not recommended for people with epilepsy or a history of seizures, implanted electrical devices (pacemakers, cochlear implants, DBS), metal implants in or near the head, active skin conditions or open wounds on the scalp, pregnancy, or those under 18.

When will Tensor and Axis be available?

Tensor and Axis are investigational devices currently in the research and clinical development phase. They are not commercially available. Join our waitlist to be notified when clinical trials open or when these devices become available in your region.
